Please note that due to a recent storm, our private beach stairs have been damaged and are currently unavailable. There is a public beach access within 300 yards south ( 5 minute walk). The property is in excellent condition, and all other amenities are fully operational.
Our beautiful beach vacation condo rental located on the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach Florida. Hacienda del Sol II is the ideal destination for families, couples and snowbirds.
One bedroom king bedroom has a TV in both living and bedroom, and extra sleeping on the living room with 2 futons. The unit was recently updated to be very homey and comfortable. Take a walk on the beach in the morning and take in the great restaurants later on.
This condo does NOT have a patio but you are steps away from the pool and sun terrace and many other places to relax and enjoy the view.
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
