Please note that due to a recent storm, our private beach stairs have been damaged and are currently unavailable. There is a public beach access within 300 yards south ( 5 minute walk). The property is in excellent condition, and all other amenities are fully operational.
This New Smyrna Beach condo rental is recently renovated and furnished with new carpeting in the bedrooms. The direct oceanfront condo has a window to the ocean front and beach front. Walk out the oceanfront doors and enjoy the manicured lawn directly before the oceanfront. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a hall bathroom full bath and shower. There is a new flat screen HDTV in the Living Room, and all three TVs have DVDplayers. The unit sleeps four people comfortably.
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
