Please note that due to a recent storm, our private beach stairs have been damaged and are currently unavailable. There is a public beach access within 300 yards south ( 5 minute walk). The property is in excellent condition, and all other amenities are fully operational.
Welcome to your zen zone. This beautiful 1 bedroom/1 bath condo provides magnificent expansive ocean views from the deck and direct access (100 feet away) to a pristine (car-free) beach. Enjoy the soothing sound of ocean waves as you sleep and an amazing sunrise from the deck. The condo has one bedroom (king sized bed), one full bathroom and a queen sofa in the living room. In addition, there's a small bedroom with a single bed. Come and enjoy the sun, the beautiful beach, the surf, and the dolphins -yes, you can see them swimming in the ocean.
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
