Hacienda del Sol II welcomes you to unit 312! 

Please note that due to a recent storm, our private beach stairs have been damaged and are currently unavailable. There is a public beach access within 300 yards south ( 5 minute walk). The property is in excellent condition, and all other amenities are fully operational. 

Our furnished 2 bedroom condo is an oceanfront corner unit on the third floor, with superb uninterrupted views up and down the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach. There is a large double balcony accessed from the living area and master bedroom. The separate dining area seats 4, and the IKEA kitchen with stainless appliances has a breakfast bar with seating. We have a laundry room in the condo with eco friendly front loading washer/dryer. Both bedrooms were just refurbished with brand new mattresses and pillows. The comfortable family living area has a 42' Flatscreen TV with HD cable, Home Theatre System and DVD player – there is also WIRELESS INTERNET throughout the unit. Relax on the sleeper sofa, loveseat or Lazy Boy Recliner and enjoy being 30 feet from the sand!

The master bedroom has a King size bed, a flatscreen TV/DVD and an ensuite bathroom with a marble and glass shower. The second bedroom has twin beds, a flatscreen TV/DVD and a bathroom with tub/shower.All bedding and linens are provided – just bring your clothes and your toiletries. There are beach chairs included and a variety of beach toys for younger children. All our Guests have the use of a large heated swimming pool, a shallow kiddie pool, a beachfront sundeck, and the shuffleboard court. There are gas grills and the pool cabana is available for family gatherings or special occasions. 

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
