Please note that due to a recent storm, our private beach stairs have been damaged and are currently unavailable. There is a public beach access within 300 yards south ( 5 minute walk). The property is in excellent condition, and all other amenities are fully operational.
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with a washer-dryer. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and queen sized bed in the guest bedroom. The master bedroom has a bathroom exclusive to the room. There is a 2nd hallway bathroom as well. Enjoy the tranquil scenes and sounds of New Smyrna Beach from the balcony of this nicely decorated ocean and pool view two bedroom, two bath condo. The kitchen is fully furnished. Located on the no drive segment of a beautiful white sand beach where you can dig your toes in the sand, look for shells, build a sand castle, or pick up a board and go for a surf. Our 3rd floor unit offers all of the amenities for an exceptional vacation.
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
