Please note that due to a recent storm, our private beach stairs have been damaged and are currently unavailable. There are alternative walkways within a few blocks. With that in mind we are offering amazing low rates for this season. The property is in excellent condition, and all other amenities are fully operational. The vacation you've been craving awaits! This ocean front 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is spacious, stylish, and has all the comforts of home. Updated kitchen and baths give you the clean luxurious feeling while also meeting your every need. Enjoy coffee on the balcony at sunrise, watch space launches with a front row seat and swim in the pool from dawn till dusk. The amenities include in unit washer and dryer, 3 TV's, internet / WiFi, and cable, oceanfront pool, shuffleboard and lounging, gas grills poolside, and friendly staff that keep the grounds tidy and trim. You will want to come back year after year!
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
