Please note that due to a recent storm, our private beach stairs have been damaged and are currently unavailable. There is a public beach access within 300 yards south ( 5 minute walk). The property is in excellent condition, and all other amenities are fully operational.

Located on the "no drive" section of New Smyrna Beach, you'll enjoy easy beach access to some of the clearest water and best surf on Florida's Atlantic coast. Condo features a king size bed in master bedroom, single pullout chair bed, twin bed in bonus room, plus pull out sleep sofa in living room for accommodations of up to six people. Wireless internet and Premier Cable TV with phone is provided. For clarity. this unit is a 1 bedroom unit and the extra bunk room is not considered to be a bedroom.
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
