Please note that due to a recent storm, our private beach stairs have been damaged and are currently unavailable. There is a public beach access within 300 yards south ( 5 minute walk). The property is in excellent condition, and all other amenities are fully operational.
The Florida sunshine awaits you. This second floor condo offers a King Bed in Master Bedroom, Twin Bunk Beds in Small Bedroom, Sofa Bed in Living Room, 2 TV’s, and a fully equipped, upgraded kitchen. The slider opens to our beautiful new cabana, courtyard and BBQ areas. Come relax by the pool, play a little shuffle board or take a stroll along the non-driving portion of New Smyrna Beach.
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
