Please note that due to a recent storm, our private beach stairs have been damaged and are currently unavailable. There is a public beach access within 300 yards south ( 5 minute walk). The property is in excellent condition, and all other amenities are fully operational.
This 5th floor top level condo has the best view of the ocean. Relax and enjoy the completely unobstructed view from this top floor direct oceanfront condo on a car free beach. Sit on your large oceanfront balcony and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful East Coast sunrises.
The condo has a 65 inch TV in the living room, a 55" TV in the master bedroom, and a 37 inch in the 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom has the balcony and a private bathroom, twin beds in the guest room and a hallway bathroom off the kitchen. In the courtyard area you have a large pool, kiddie pool, and shuffleboard. The kitchen is fully equipped for stay at home meals, but if you venture out you will find the best local restaurants any island town can possibly offer.
Secure Wi-Fi is included with the cable service with over 400 channels.
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
