This was our 3rd stay in 102 and our 5th stay at HDS2. WE LOVE this condo complex from Cate and the grounds crew to the other friendly guests. We won't stay anywhere else in NSB. The Unit needs some updates however for the convenience of easy access and being ground floor, it's worth the price. I recommend stocking the kitchen better, ie a pizza cutter, better knife block, all matching silverware, and maybe a matchstick to light candles, scissors, updated pots & pans, spare trash can liners. The newer sofa is comfy but the fish shaot and ottomon have seen better days. The hardwood floor is gorgeous but hard to keep clean without a proper broom and mop. These are minor recommendations because again the unit is super convenient and we do love it being on the cheaper side of available ones at HDS2. We will be back soon!

   Property location was great! It needs some furnishing updates and some additional utensils in the kitchen. Quick and easy access and the condo was ready early! New more comfy patio furniture would be nice. We spent most of our time out there.

   The master bed and pillows were very comfortable and soft. The sofa pull out bed was difficult to put back in.

   Everything was perfect. You might get more of a reaction if you listed the condo as being perfect for handicapped people

   The location is perfect but the building and the unit are a bit outdated. Little updates will help improve visuals and value. It will also help to not have carpet in the bedroom.
