Back hall bedrooms were warmer than the rest of the unit. Some family members were uncomfortable while sleeping because of temperature. We still kept AC set above 70 as requested in handbook. There were complaints of uncomfortable mattresses in the bunk room and second bedroom. For the most part, the unit was spacious and clean. A few of the pans in kitchen were old but, we were provided with everything we needed to cook family dinners and enjoy our week at the beach. There were plenty of towels and pillows , etc. Large TV for movie night and football with comfortable , new living room furniture was a plus! The dishes and decor were nice and the view was beautiful! We enjoyed our week together.

   Love the upgrades! The new shower in master is so much nicer, the new floors throughout are great, new dining and living room furniture is good looking and extremely comfortable. The furnishings in the third bedroom are adequate but bed choices are uncomfortable.

   We we're in a bit of a situation with the unit we originally booked needing a major construction project, windows replaced. Cait to the rescue!! She is incredible!!

   Love the extra sleeping accommodations; wish the kitchen island could store groceries, not just small items
