•    The apartment was spacious and decorated well. We enjoyed our stay. Only a few things were neglected. The self clean oven had been sprayed with foam cleaner but was not wiped off and rinsed to be useable. I cleaned it well before we could use it. It was nice to have a washer-dryer unit but the washer had a loud clanking sound. I was afraid it was about to break!! I would like to stay again but really rented because it had a washer and dryer. Maybe it needs serviced. We love coming to new Smyrna beach every year.

  •    It was a very nice condo. We loved the balcony with the sunshine and view of the Ocean. It was just as described and very comfortable. We rented this condo through AirBnb and Cate handled everything just fine. We didn't interact with anyone from your staff, but we found the condos nicely maintained. We liked the luggage carts which made it very easy for carrying our stuff to the second floor - in the elevator. It's a very nice place.

  •    We've stayed 20 years at Hacienda. Unit 210 for 18 of them. We plan on coming 20 more years at least. We buy our food and cook it in the condo. I bring some kitchen equipment from home, but next year I'll need to add ( unless new condo owner wants to upgrade the kitchen equipment) large vegetable strainer, silverware, cutting board that isn't 20 years old and baking pans. Also, I think the teflon pans could be eliminated unless there is still someone who uses teflon ( not a safe choice). The stove does not have a working digital reading to tell you it's on, or the temp. That's all guess work. We think the improvements are glorious. The new 'frig is so nice. Just trying to make helpful suggestions in making this condo even more wonderful for everyone... since you asked ! See you next year!
