We've stayed at 408 the past several years and really appreciate the cleanliness, stocked kitchen (pots/pans, plates, silverware, spices, etc.), and furnishings. We loved the new sofa! Our only complaint is that the master bed is very uncomfortable. Otherwise we love 408 and have already booked again for next year! The property in general was in great shape too. Kudos to the maintenance crew! Even with construction on the roof and the neighboring house getting demolished, the grounds were kept clean.

   tenant above us was extremely obtrusive and we had great difficulty relaxing at all in our condo. consistent scraping on the floor, moving furniture? at all hours from sun up to late night.

   The unit is absolutely perfect ... we enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and the size of the condo. The beach view was great and the unit was clean.

   Living room could use a recliner. Dining room table is slanted & chairs very hard/uncomfortable. Having said that, the unit is very nice. Thank-you.
