•    I have been staying here for 20+ years. Caty and Gary have always been the absolute best. When I chose to stop here over 20 years ago , I have not considered any other places in NSB . It is so welcoming and peaceful ( most of the time ) I love it here .

  •    Property is clean and well stocked. 2nd time staying here in this unit. The bed is comfortable king the twin bed in the other room works perfect For my teenager. The laundry room is across the hall.

  •    We have always enjoyed the units we have stayed in over the years. However, we would not stay in 310 again unless there was a screen on the balcony door and a better mattress in the Master - it was very worn out, saggy & uncomfortable. Also, the smell of the laundry detergent used on all linens and towels was overwhelming and awful, to the point where my wife had to sleep on the couch for the 2 weeks due to it being so irritating. We have never encountered this in any of the other units we have stayed in during the 15 years we have been staying at HDSII. STONGLY RECOMMEND that all laundry detergents be unscented in consideration of people who have allergies and sensitive skin. The laundry detergent, fabric softener & dryer sheets in this unit were the Gain brand which is one of the worst for it's strong, horrible smell. If you google it, you will find this to be true.

  •    This property is everything you see in the picture if not better. this was a last minute trip to see family. the view was beautiful. perfect spot for sunrise!! Close to everything you will need! the small room was perfect for a teenager. the sliding door was the easiest door at a condo i have opened.

  •    We enjoyed this particular unit very much. It was very nicely furnished and decorated. The kitchen was well supplied. We appreciated that there was no beach “junk”! No broken boogie boards, sand toys etc just creating clutter. Only improvement we could suggest is maybe an upgrade on the king mattress. This was the perfect space for 2 adults!!
