We had a super relaxing stay - even during spring break week. If we wanted the crowds, we just walked down the beach 2 miles, but it was fantastic to be at our quiet spot in front of the condo. The pool area was great for those colder days. The grounds crew always had the chairs neatly put back the morning after a day of beachgoers. We used the grill and had steak our final night which was fantastic. Elevator was efficient which isn't usually the case in these beach units.
We would definitely stay here again. Many thanks.

Because of Hurricane Ian the week before our scheduled trip, we came very close to cancelling . We are so glad that we didn't cancel. Everything was great. A little bit of an inconvenience with the steps to the beach being knocked out, but all things considered, that was a minor inconvenience. There was still plenty to do in the area. The National Seashore was beautiful as always.
This was our second stay in unit 512 and everything was just as comfortable as the last time. A very "homey", comfortable unit with fantastic views.
Thanks Cate for being so patient with us as we weighed our decision and thanks for your help in answering our questions.

Our family really enjoys staying at Hacienda Del Sol II. We have stayed in different units for the past 20 years and recently enjoyed our stay at 512. We will be coming back next year.

We love this particular unit and have stayed here twice. We like it because it’s an end unit with good views from the balcony. It’s very well stocked and it’s obvious the owners love sharing their unit. We’d love to return again but the rising costs combined with the questionable economy will put a large question mark on 2023.

Wow. Very very old school. Great help in the office. Felt like a home. Also. Kudos to the maintenance man. Very nice gentleman. He knows his cable TV. Will definitely stay again and have already talked to the family about it. Thank you

This unit was fantastic. We had stayed at Sea Coast Gardens the last few times but it just looked run down. The grounds look great, the elevators are convenient, and the facilities look well-maintained. Unit 512 was wonderful. The family who owns it took a few extra steps by adding notes and really seemed to enjoy sharing their beach home with us. Lots of cooking utensils and towels, nice beach gear, and the patio/deck furniture was comfortable. I would come back to HDS II and unti 512 again...no hesitation.

This unit had EVERYTHING we needed, yet not 'cluttery", and was very comfortable. We really appreciated those "small" touches:
* Candles (and matches!) in the unit.
*The cards & games provided in the drawers of the desk were great, AND the PENS!
*DIAL soap in the bathrooms!
*Plenty of baking/microwave dishes & mixing bowls
The overall 'smell' of the unit was very pleasant and clean!
FYI: The second bedroom fan switch on the wall was 'opposite'~to turn it on, the switch has to be down instead of up, and off position was up.
The kitchen fan did not turn on/work.
It could really use some updating, especially the kitchen cabinets, etc.
Overall....we LOVED this unit!

I don’t know when you remodeled the community center,
But it is a done very well. Great improvement, we were impressed.
