•    Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The view from the principal bedroom, the living room and large balcony in unit 415, is spectacular. The condo was clean and tidy. The bed in the principal bedroom was comfortable and the sound of the ocean soothing. I’m told that the twin beds are suitable for children or small statured adults because of the footboards. cramped and the mattresses were uncomfortable. We purchased a few items that were missing in the kitchen; a cheese grater and measuring spoons, and we left those items for the owners and other guests to use. We also purchased a small non teflon coated frying pan which we also left in the condo for others to use. While there are several baking pans and pots and pans, many of the pans were unclean and not in the best condition. Overall we had a wonderful stay. The condo is clean and very comfortable. Great supply of towels and bedding. Thank you for sharing this lovely beach house.

  •    We have been coming to Hacienda de Sol ll for over 10 years and will be back next year, we like everything about the condos we have been in and the lay out of the building itself. A life guard would be a nice addition.

  •    Yes unit was very nice. The master bedrooms bed was very soft and sagged in middle. We come from Virginia after many stops so we are unable to bring beach chairs. Have been coming for 5 years. Only one unit had beach chairs that weren’t broken and that were comfortable. We love coming to new Smyrna. And Cate is always accomadating.

  •    Note: We did not use the second bedroom, so I can't honestly rate that. Cate was extremely helpful when making the reservation. I probably would have given up on the reservation (on AirBNB) if it hadn't been for her help. In the future, I will call Hacienda Del Sol II directly. Cate was also helpful explaining the check-out procedure, since we were leaving on Sunday, when the office is closed.
